| Abstract/Contents: | Outlines a study to be conducted to determine an optimal management system for creeping bentgrass putting greens. The systems approach is based on classical long-term systems research techniques, group experience and from information gathered in the Putting Green Management Survey (Bob Erdahl; The Grass Roots, 1989). The study is divided into four phases; grow in, maturation, species transition, and species conversion and management. Briefly details the grow in phase and the maturation phase. |
