Fall 2022 Update:

Abstract/Contents:Discusses the establishment of a turfgrass collection "to provide industry with visual access to current and emerging turfgrass varieties, to enable preliminary evaulation of the growth habits and management requirements of these varieties under subtropical conditions, and to provide ready access to planting material for more detailed experimental work." States that Axonopus, Borhriochloa, Buchloe, Cynodon, Dactyloctenium, Digitaria, Eremochloa, Panicum, Paspalum, Pennisetum, Pseudoraphis, Sporobolus, Stenotaphrum, and Zoysia species were included in the turfgrasses collected and that symptoms, their time of occurrence, and the fungal species associated with diseases that affect these turf varities were documented during the observation of the turfgrass plots.
