Abstract/Contents:Discusses Senate Bill 840, which "would have removed the patch-work of local ordinances that were expanding, which force not only agronomic mismanagement but an economic burden on the green industry." Explains how "groups opposed to this legislation worked much harder than [the green] industry to energize their constituents." Highlights the need for the green industry "to find an efficient and rapid way to communicate the same message and call to action to all...members within the various associations and industry segments on issues that affect [the entire industry]."
