Abstract/Contents:Discusses tree pruning, stating that "an important part of pruning is to remove all dead, diseased or decaying branches. Dead branches soon decay, and decay is a major cause of serious tree trouble." Describes pruning technique, stating that "it is important to have the work done by men who know their business, men who understand where and how to make the cuts, and who can do the necessary work without leaving a mutilated and deformed tree."
