Abstract/Contents:Profiles bermudagrass, highlighting its shade tolerance. Defines shade tolerant as "a grass that requires less light to produce a disirable or acceptable turf than most bermudagrasses." Highlights the ST-5 hybrid and the tests performed on it, stating that "it has not needed dethatching and it produces only a few seed heads under...shade conditions." Concludes that "tentively...ST-5 [is] to be available in 2010."
