Abstract/Contents: | Presents an "evaluation of five chemichals for control of melting-out of Kentucky Bluegrass." Details the methods used in the trial, stating that "the grass was maintained at moderate fertility and a mowing height of 1 3/4 in. [inches] A randomized block design with three replications of each treatment was used." Conlcudes that "to control Helminthosporium diseases, fungicide applications should begin in early spring and continue at 7 to 14 day intervals until warm weather arrives." |
