Abstract/Contents:Presents part two of a series on sports field management politics, focusing on disagreement and discord. Emphasizes that "good human relations skills begin with respect," listing forms of anger that might occur in response to conflict. Suggests that self-righteous anger might be caused by self-righteous fear, detailing several possible types of fear. Concludes that self-pity and revenge are behaviors that can "waste a great deal of personal time and energy."
