Abstract/Contents:	Details ongoing National Turfgrass Evaluation Program (NTEP) studies for the 2003 bentgrass green variety trial, presenting findings as of the fourth year of research. Details the materials and methods for the study, stating that "there are 27 varieties represented including 20 creeping and 7 velvet bentgrass entries with each entry replicated three times." Notes that "the NTEP varieties will be evaluated over the next 2 growing seasons (until 2009)...Such long-term studies will provide useful information on the persistence (long-term adaptable and turfgrass quality) of the various entries."
