Abstract/Contents:Profiles Tenacity herbicide, describing it as "a systemic preemergence and postemergence herbicide for the selective control of weeds in turfgrass environments." Details the use of Tenacity in tank mixes, as well as its control symptoms. Provides recommendations on Tenacity application, highlighting application during seeding time and on golf courses. Warns, "do not use this product on golf course putting greens," and recommends a five foot buffer between greens and other treated areas of the course. Suggests that creeping bentgrass may be especially sensitive to Tenacity application.
