Abstract/Contents: | Briefly describes the characteristics and advantages of coated seeds as compared to uncoated seeds. Coated seeds hinder attacks on their germination and emergence and after the plant is up, it seems that germination increases. The only major drawback is the increased bulk of the seeds, resulting in greater weight and mass. |
