Abstract/Contents: | The Singing Hills' Championship Golf Course Willow Glen was chosen to host the Junior Amateur Championship. Dave Fleming and his crew concentrated mostly upon floral display, quick greens, deep forest-green roughs, and anti-pest programs. The greens were modified in record time and the fairways and primary cut were mowed every afternoon. The local San Diego Turf and Hydroscape Products provided Fleming with the mowing equipment. Every individual there contributed to the team effort. |
