Abstract/Contents:	How do you find summer help? Several applications can be reviewed quickly if you know what you're looking for. When you call references, be courteous and have questions ready so as not to waste their time or yours. If they refuse to give out information, ask them if they would rehire this person. Interview early, before the work load overwhelms you. At the interview review past experience, longevity at previous jobs, qualifications, and wage expectations. There are some helpful materials in the NMTMA Library for hiring employees.
