It consists of an evaluation of the control system, zoning stations, health of the plant material and physical condition of the system components. The irrigation evaluation check list form is used to identify problems during the "walk through" evaluation. Information on the location, contact person, and evaluator is at the top of the checklist, followed by sections on irrigation control system evaluation, station by station system evaluation and space for specific remarks about problems found."
