Abstract/Contents: | "Using different concentrations of 2,4-D and different culture media, the callus induction experiment of three species of Festuca arundinacea was conducted, [.] The results indicated that all of the three species of Festuca arundinacea was not sensitive to 2,4-D, the concentrations of 2,4-D for callus inducing was higher than other gramineous plants; CC is the optimal medium in all of the three media tested. In addition, this experiment also improved the treatment method of the explant. The induction frequency and quality of the embryonic calli had been greatly improved after excising endosperm." |
