Abstract/Contents: | In a 2-year evaluation, trifluralin, CGA-10832 [profluralin], butralin and fluchloralin generally gave > 90% weed control in annual flower plantings, while diphenamid and chlorthal-dimethyl were adequate. FMC-25213 [r-2-ethyl-5-methyl-cis-5-(2-methylbenzyloxy)-1,3-dioxane] was the only herbicide to cause flower injury more severe than that caused by weed competition on control plots. |
