| USGA Summary Points: | The project utilizes data (parameters) from nine broad categories of sustainability reflecting people, profit, and planet. Temporal and spatial data varied by parameter and by county, with some data covering 2000-2022 and other data being a single time point (2020). One-mile buffers were created around all golf courses and parameter data was compared between within one-mile of a golf course and outside of one-mile of a golf course. In general, any differences between within/outside the one-mile golf course buffer, held steady from 2000-2022, meaning any differences seen with the 2000 data general held across time-not growing or lessening in variation. |
