Abstract/Contents:	An overview of the Two-Year Golf Turf Management program at Michigan State University. The program was founded in 1966 by Dr. James Beard and accepts 40 students annually. This 50 week course of study includes 27 credits of core turf study and 6 credits of internship (required). None of the classes are taught by graduate assistants, and of the 27 turf credits, 82% are taught by Ph.Ds.
