Abstract/Contents: | Describes a new proposal by the NH Rivers Management Program that seeks to maintain adequate water flow in protected rivers for all users by asking comsumer to cut back when the rivers are low. The plan is set up to reduce water consumption on a voluntary conservation basis initially. There are 4 phases described in which different measures will be taken to minimize use to insure water flow levels. |
