Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the necessity of training for pesticide certication due to the new regulations and pesticide test schedules both for new employees and those who need update their certificates. By attending an approved refresher course, staff may obtain the designated Certificate of Competence before they can be qualified to use hand-held applicators. Also defines employee competence for the sake of risk assessment of pesticide application. |
