Abstract/Contents: | Summarizes the results of a study examining the effect of 2,4-D upon the establishment of the grasses planted in the turf plots at Tifton, Georgia. 2,4-D was used to deter rapidly-growing southern weeds which greatly retard the establishment and may cause complete failure of turfgrass plantings in the Southeast. Results are listed in eight points. |
