Abstract/Contents: | Advises the use of mixed fertilizers and high grade fertilizers during time of war. Mixed fertilizers are recommended because there is a large supply. The high grade fertilizers are recommended because the consumer will get more for there money and have less time applying it. There are also benefits to the manufacturer and the government in the use of the high grade fertilizers |
