Abstract/Contents:"Maintaining the best possible course conditions is a superintendent's most important job. As the equipment evolution continues into the next century, the ability to creatively mix funding methods to maintain a contemporary course maintenance fleet may be the key to success. For that reason, third-party funding methods should be viewed less as 'cash alternatives' and more as tools to access capital possibly many times greater than your particular operations cash resources."
