Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the stipulation in the Environmental Conservation Law Article 33-0905(5) that "requires certified applicators to supply the occupants of dwelling, 'with a written copy of the information, including any warnings, contained on the label of the pesticide to be applied.' The intent of this Section of the statute is to allow occupants of structures receiving pesticide applications to review product labels and determine if the proposed use of these materials raises questions or concerns which should be addressed prior to their application." |
