Abstract/Contents: | Presents the results of a "low input sustainable turf" trial conducted at South Dakota State University. Individual species and mixtures were tested for establishment, weed invasion, and turfgrass quality under low maintenance conditions. Plantings included individual species and mixtures of sheep fescue, tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, white clover, red clover, birdsfoot trefoil, creeping red fescue and perennial ryegrass. |
