Abstract/Contents: | Discusses research designed "to compare critical freezing temperature thresholds assessed using freeze-shock recovery and electrolyte leakage evaluations in cultivars of perennial ryegrass representing contrasting turfgrass quality types (low and high performance types)." Results of the research indicate "that the high performance cultivars as a group had significantly lower (more negative) LT₅₀'s than the low performance cultivars base[d] on EL and survival data." |
