| Abstract/Contents: | "Diamond zoysiagrass (Zoysia matrella) was installed as washed sod on 30 October 1997, in a polyethylene greenhouse to determine the effects of 3 foliar treatments, Bio-Turf, Humic Acid, Primo, and a non-treated control on establishment. Data for color showed no significant differences for the first 6 wks of the trial. For the final 2 wks, Humic acid rated the best, followed by the non-treated control. Bio-turf started to drop off slowly, while Primo treated plots develped a light-grey hue. Data for density showed no statistical difference throughout the trial. Data for turf quality showed no statistical difference throughout this trial." |
