Abstract/Contents: | CONTENTS NOTE: Article reviews past concerns over the use of chemicals which may pollute groundwater or the environment of a golf course. Also reviews the development of safer application techniques, the designing and installation of safer storage, loading and disposal structures, and the efforts to make the public aware of the intriciacies of golf course management. Mr. Roberts provides this answer to Mr. Condor's article, "Killer Courses" which includes a quote by Dr. Samuel Epstein as to the safety of a golf course. |
