| Abstract/Contents: | Presents a project conducted to characterize variability in three Colletotrichum species, including C. sublineolum, C. falcatum, and C. graminicola. Reports that the research "of C. graminicola populations using multi-locus nucleotide sequence analysis and transposon RFLP [restriction fragment length polymorphism] fingerprint patterns revealed two strongly supported distinct lineages among isolates from turfgrass host plants." |
