Abstract/Contents:Explains that "decreasing mowing heights, double mowing, rolling, and use of PGRs [plant growth regulators] are often implemented by golf courses to increase green speeds. Often, golf course greens receive monthly or even weekly applications of certain plant growth regulators, namely Primo Maxx." Discusses research studying the effect of PGRs on green speed.
