| Abstract/Contents: | "Testing the sprinkler application uniformity provides the turfgrass manager with detailed information which will facilitate management decision making. Correcting irrigation systems with poor uniformity requires special considerations, especially economic aspects. Although intial costs are important, annual costs per acre compared to annual returns per acre are the best measure of the economics of an irrigation system. Regular sprinkler maintenance and repair are necessary components of a good irrigation program."
