USGA Summary Points: | Scale effects on turf chemical runoff need to be investigated to determine the applicability of earlier turfgrass model calibration efforts. Initial results indicate that plot size has little effect on turf chemical runoff. Thatch samples are being collected before each chemical runoff event so that event-specific pesticide sorption isotherms can be determined. |
