Abstract/Contents:Briefly describes a study conducted "to illustrate lawn species selection and fertilization practices to homeowners, Master Gardeners and professional groundskeepers." Results include that "turfgrass color was higher for plots receiving 2 or 4 lbs [pounds] of N [nitrogen] annually when compared to plots receiving the 1 lb N per year."
