Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the condition of putting greens on an Iowa golf course, stating that "from a patch of land, fifteen feet square, the turf had been carefully removed, and the found rolled down. There had been snow, followed by rain and frost, the more rain, so its condition was very soft. The 'green' was at least two inches below the level, and had sharp corners." |
