| Abstract/Contents: | Provides the results of a study conducted in 2005 at the University of Maryland to observe yellow nutsedge control using Certainty. Results indicated that "the yellow nutsedge (YNS) exhibited a uniform chlorosis in all treated plots, about one week after application, but no differences could be discerned among treatments at this time." Concludes that "plots will be monitored to determine if MON 44951 affects green-up of any dormant roughstalk bluegrass that survives the heat stress as well as potential recovery of YNS." |
