| Answer/Response: | "It is nice to have an enquiry like this at the right time, i.e. well before work starts and not, as in many cases, when the project has got into difficulties! We should be delighted to come along and discuss the development with you. A site plan (preferably 1:500 scale) showing existing contours, the proposed position of any buildings, paths, services and possible drainage outlets will be required. This plan should be available for the meeting but it would be useful if you could let us have two copies in advance. We can work with your own Engineer or Architect (report, draft specification etc.) or take full control as Consultants in charge, whichever meets your requirements best. Appropriate fees chargeable are detailed on the enclosed leaflets." |
