Profiles FarmLinks LLC, stating that it "comprises four divisions": Pursell Farms, the FarmLinks Golf Club, an agronomics department, and The Experience at FarmLinks. Reports that "the formation of FarmLinks LLC - which is still owned by the Pursell family - will allow its leaders to make improvements to The Experience at FarmLinks and how it showcases companies and their products and innovations." Concludes that "the spin-off was finalized in March [2006]. Under the FarmLinks LLC name and brand, FarmLinks and its divisions will continue to operate at Pursell Farms, which PTI started in 1999. Ownership of additional facilities, such as Parker Lodge, where many visiting superintendents stay, also will pass to FarmLinks LLC. Several FarmLinks LLC employees will continue to work out of the PTI headquarters until new FarmLinks facilities are built." |
