Abstract/Contents: | Describes at incident at Walnut Grove Country Club in Dayton, Ohio, in which Steve Irvin, building maintenance supervisor, "chased down a man on foot after hearing tires screech and a crashing noise on May 13 [2005]. Unbeknownst to Irvin, a motorist fleeing police had driven through a fence and a gate at the country club." Concludes that "Riverside Police arrested 22-year-old Joseph Smith, who allegedly had been trying to avoid arrest on an outstanding drug warrant." |
