Describes the conditions at the 2003 tournament including "deep rough, narrow landing areas and difficult pin placements." Also describes conditions for the 2005 PGA Championship at Baltursol Golf Club's Lower Course. States that the greens "will be firm and fast, rolling at 11-12 on the Stimpmeter. The roughs...will be 4-5 inches deep and thick as anything found at an Open." Concludes that "the PGA of America wants "people to be able to hit a good shot and be rewarded for it and not be penalized."
