Abstract/Contents: | Discusses white grubs in the Northeast region of the United States. States that "Trichlorfon (Dylox) is probably the best bet [for managing white grubs] for those who have access to it." Also discusses control of the annual bluegrass weevil and turfgrass ants. States that the queen ants "love to land on...golf tees and greens where they dig into the sandy soil profile." Concludes that "after 7-10 days, [ant] swarming should end as well as the appearance of new mounds." |
