States that "water demand could be significantly reduced by using more efficient watering practices and adopting xeriscape landscaping principles." Describes the program objectives, including "to educate owners and managers of large multi-family and commercial facilities on the principles and practices of efficient landscape irrigation" and "to implement a volunteer water audit program in order to provide a monthly, site-specific irrigation schedule for each facility." Discusses work program strategies, including efficient landscape irrigation, a water auditor program, xeriscape converstion, and program evaluation.
