Abstract/Contents: | Describes the content of a pesticide label, including inert and active ingredients. States that "'other' or 'inert' ingredients play a key role in transforming an active ingredient into a usable form for the end user." Also states that "the safety profile of a product can be improved using the right selection of inert components." Concludes that "the ingredients added to a pesticide product are extremely important and can make all the difference between a high-performance formulation and a mediocre one - even given the same active ingredient." |
