Profiles Pacific Homes, a residential development company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Details the primary goals for Pacific Homes' communities: "properties that [look] good for both immediate and long-term sales purposes and [are] inexpensive to maintain." Provides findings from THK Associates' approach in transitioning Pacific Homes from high water to low water landscapes in terms of design, plant selection, irrigation, construction, and maintenance.
