Abstract/Contents: | Discusses a demonstration in which "two replicates of five fertilizer treatments were applied...at the Camelot Country Club [in] Lomira, Wisconsin." States that "due to dry weather from mid-July to mid-August [1985], none of the N [nitrogen] sources significanly increase turfgrass N concentrations until August 24 [1985]." Concludes that "while it might be assumed that limited rainfall during the period of mid-July to mid-August was more detrimental to response to the N sources with the highest WIN contents, this was not borne out by tissue N contents." |
