| Abstract/Contents: | "Under the point of view of the fauna, it is evident that a seed mixture with plenty of varieties is very valuable. They are more and more in demand for landscaping. It is, however, necessary to respect, on the one hand, the regulations on seeds and, on the other hand, when sowing those to avoid tampering with natural vegetation. In order to be able to use the seeds in accordance with the protection of nature on a larger scale as till now, for example along the roads, it is necessary to find simple concrete solutions. Following the exemple [example] of Switzerland, it is advisable to produce basis mixtures which, depending on what fied they will be sown and what are the characteristics of the region, will be enriched with locally typical seeds originating from precarious varieties existing locally." |
