Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the many contradictions involved with annual bluegrass (Poa annua). It has two subspecies - an annual and a perennial. It can be considered a weed or a desirable turfgrass. Management is difficult due to low tolerance to temperatures in the high or low extremes. Poa annua is susceptible to many diseases and management may fail due to environmental conditions. |
