States that "the maintenance building is an industrial shop area where machinery and materials are stored and repaired and maintenance work is performed." Suggests that "in order to be successful at achieving a building which meets [a facility's] needs, considerable effort must be put into the planning...Proper planning is crucial to constructing a building within a budget." Lists steps to a construction project, including compiling a report on maintenance buildings, using the report and discussions with the greens chairman to draw up specifications for a building, contacting a contractor, choosing a contractor, and starting construction. |
