Abstract/Contents:Discusses potential methods of effective crew management, emphasizing the importance of respect in the workplace. Suggests that a superintendent call his employees by name, treat employees with respect and honor, never embarass an employee in front of others, clearly define his expectations for employees, do not play favorites, always be professional, and lead by example. Also suggets a staff appreciation day.
