Abstract/Contents:Describes soil conditions at several golf courses in Indiana, including Kokomo Country Club, stating that "soils is heavy clay, requiring a large percentage of sharp sand for putting green seed beds and topdressing." Also describes conditions at South Shore Golf Club in Syracuse, explaining that topdressing material is widely available." Discusses conditions at a municipal course in Peru, and the Culver course at the Culver Military Academy.
