| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses how crabgrass (Digitaria spp.) can establish itself in desirable turfgrass areas. Research conducted in 1980, 1981, and 1982 is mentioned using the following preemergence herbicides: benefin, bensulide, DCPA, oxadiazon, siduron. Four tables are included which give application procedures, suggested rates, evaluations, and other pertinent information for the preemergence herbicides. |
