Abstract/Contents: | An undescribed species of Chlorops near C. melleus Lw. was reared from a gall-like growth on the stems of a grass, Aristida gyrans, in south Florida. This is a new host and genus record for grass-infesting flies. An undescribed species of Eurytoma was reared from the fly, and this is the first known record of any Eurytomid from Chlorops. A single female probably belonging to an undescribed genus of the Eurytomidae was also reared. |
